Our Navajo-Churro and Icelandic sheep are raised on the pastures and forage of our Rio Arriba County ranch, where we focus on thoughtful land stewardship, healthy livestock, and preserving heritage breeds with deep agricultural value.

The Rio Nutrias Heritage Lamb Holiday Box is a curated assortment of USDA-inspected lamb selected for both special holiday meals and versatile everyday cooking.

Box Includes:

• 1 lamb roast

• 1 package lamb chops

• 1 package ground lamb — approximately 1 lb.

• 1 package lamb stew meat or comparable seasonal cut

Exact cuts and weights may vary slightly based on availability. When needed, we may substitute a comparable cut of equal or greater value.
