Raw Wool – Churro & Icelandic
Our raw wool comes straight from our heritage flocks of Navajo-Churro and Icelandic sheep, sheared by hand and left in its natural state with lanolin intact. Each fleece carries the rustic character of our sheep and the land they graze.
Navajo-Churro Wool: Long, lustrous, and durable — perfect for weaving, rugs, and sturdy textiles.
Icelandic Wool: Dual-coated with a soft underlayer (thel) for warm, lightweight garments and a strong outer layer (tog) ideal for durable yarns and felting.
Raw wool isn’t just for fiber arts — it’s also a wonderful resource for the garden.
Wool adds slow-release nitrogen and essential nutrients as it breaks down, improves soil structure, retains moisture, and helps suppress weeds.
Use it as mulch, in compost, or directly in planting beds to nourish your soil naturally.
From crafting to cultivating, our raw wool offers a true farm-to-home connection.
